The food is amazing, wonderful flavour, beautifully cooked to perfection. The service is perfect, staff will go out of their way to make sure you feel warm and welcome and insuring you're having the very best time when dining in the restaurant. Also staff is very quick to get a take away order ready for you. The atmosphere feels very warm and very welcoming. It's a very clean restaurant everything about this place is fantastic. I would definitely recommend place to everyone. I will definitely back again as soon as im in town next. Bento 68 George Street!!!! Try it! 👍😀👍
Bento on George offers an exceptional dining experience with top-quality food that consistently delights. The crew is outstanding—friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. The training from the old chef, Jeff, is evident in every dish, and the new chef maintains the high standards set before. Both chefs have contributed to making this food store a standout choice for excellent cuisine and warm, welcoming service.
The two of us landed in Launceston late, almost everything was closed and we were starving.
Luckily for us, we had this cute little restaurant with a large range of options, at a low cost to boot.
The girl serving us was the cherry top, she was amazingly attentive to anything we asked.
The next day, we got back from our road trips late again... And it was our first anniversary...we got turned away from other restaurants because it was closing time.
We knew exactly where to go.
The girl remembered us, gave us free snacks and went out of her way to change the menu to give us what we wanted in the bento boxes.
Honestly, it really made our night on our anniversary. Really happy we found this gem of a place in Launceston :)
Surprisingly good! Good value for money. Bento box portions were generous and delicious. Ramen soup base was good. They also serve ready made sushi rolls if you’re not wanting to wait.
I ordered the buffet with my 9 year old one. Wonderful taste and service
